WHAT’S THE MINIMUM ORDER AMOUNT
We have a minimum order quantity of 200 pieces per design with multiple color options. This will vary as well based on the design and fabric, contact us to get a specific quote.
HOW DO I GET STARTED?
To get started, you can provide us with drawings or sketches of your own design. Please let us know if you have any custom details that you would like to add.
Next, we will collect more information regarding your apparel's seam measurements and accessories through the tech pack we send to you.
Once we finalise the tech pack, we will get started on sourcing and sampling.
HOW LONG WILL THE PRODUCTION TAKE?
The production timeframe will mainly depend on the intricacy of your apparel's design and style.
It will usually take 7-21 days to source and produce your sample after finalising your tech pack.
In our experience, the main production process can take anytime from 30-60 days depending on the amount of orders and timeframe required for quality control.
WHICH COUNTRIES DO YOU SHIP TO?
We ship our products globally using reputable courier agencies. We recommend our customers to set up a shipping account with your desired agency to manage the shipment costs.
